White Hands is a Japanese organization founded in 2008 by Shingo Sakatsume that provides physical and sexual assistance services, often referred to as "ejaculation care" or help, primarily for men with severe physical disabilities.
Service Overview and Operations
Target users and the content of care
Registration is limited to men with severe physical disabilities due to cerebral palsy or neurological/muscular disorders. Please understand that registration is not available to anyone else.
1. A man with cerebral palsy who has difficulty ejaculating on his own due to the progression of secondary disabilities.
2. Men who have difficulty ejaculating on their own due to muscle atrophy, contracture, or paralysis caused by intractable diseases (limited to muscle diseases such as ALS, SCD, SMA, muscular dystrophy, and Parkinson's disease).
*The supplies used for care are basically the same as those used for perineal cleansing in home care. (Care gloves, 2 towels, washbasin, hot water, lotion, condom, tissue, bath towel)
First, the caregiver cleanses the genital area with a towel wrung out in warm water. Then, they massage the area around the genitals using lotion. Once blood circulation around the genitals has improved and an erection is confirmed, they put on a condom and proceed to assist with ejaculation.
The average time it takes to reach ejaculation varies from person to person, but it is generally around 10 to 15 minutes.
